The Management, as the highest authority of BERNABÉ BIOSCA ALIMENTACIÓN, SAU, a company that since its creation in 1919 has been dedicated to the storage, repackaging and distribution of dehydrated/dried fruit , is committed to creating, implementing, maintaining and continually improving the Food Safety and Quality Management System based on the FSSC 22000 standard, to comply with customer requirements and industry regulations and standards, and to comply with the obligation to manufacture safe and legal products in accordance with food safety and specified quality, and is developed in procedures and documents that allow the commitments acquired to be met.
The following guidelines are established for this purpose:

Ensure the control of our products, processes, and specifications at all stages, from their initial conception to the sale to our customers, offering a safe product and ensuring compliance with the applicable legal requirements, as well as commitment to environmental responsibility.
