The Management, as the highest authority of BERNABÉ BIOSCA ALIMENTACIÓN, SAU, a company that since its creation in 1919 has been dedicated to the storage, repackaging and distribution of dehydrated/dried fruit , is committed to creating, implementing, maintaining and continually improving the Food Safety and Quality Management System based on the FSSC 22000 standard, to comply with customer requirements and industry regulations and standards, and to comply with the obligation to manufacture safe and legal products in accordance with food safety and specified quality, and is developed in procedures and documents that allow the commitments acquired to be met.

The following guidelines are established for this purpose:

  • Achieve customer satisfaction through personalized service and ongoing attention.

  • Continuous improvement in the performance of processes and the suitability of the services provided.

  • Ensure the competence of our staff and their involvement in the culture of quality and product safety, by promoting continuous training and providing the necessary resources.

  • Provide the necessary resources to ensure an optimal working environment in the facilities, maintaining the ethics and commitment that have accompanied the company since its creation in all areas.

  • Commitment to reducing food loss and waste within the organization and throughout the related supply chain.

  • Promote and foster the development of effective communication with all parties (suppliers, customers, and employees) so that both their actions and ours are based on relationships that guarantee ethical and personal responsibility.

  • Ensure the control of our products, processes, and specifications at all stages, from their initial conception to the sale to our customers, offering a safe product and ensuring compliance with the applicable legal requirements, as well as commitment to environmental responsibility.

This Corporate Policy is available to employees and to individuals who may act on behalf of the company. Annually, this Policy is translated into quality and food safety objectives, turning these guidelines into measurable realities.
